Food






Flying to Melbourne
 1 cucumber
 Fish soup - red cod and veggies: butternut squash, carrot, beetroot, yellow baby squash, zucchini, leeks, onions, spring onions
SUPP: hydrozyme, CD, PF, zinc, b6 Lamb soup - bone broth with veg above Avocado, butternut squash, green beans cooked
 Bit of banana (small section) - just before lamb soup so would have been in same lot of food ingested.

 Lamb soup - bone broth with veg above (this bone broth was v fatty)





 BM this morn still green, slightly looked like specs of green (ie like kale) .. Browner than previous days but still green tinge, TP residue. Have had slight bubbles today in the tum.
