FEB 6th Day 54

8.10am
Juice: celery, 1/2 cucumber, 1 apple, ginger


For the first time in ages, my breathing is being annoying. FARKK!
- potentially bananas yesterday? OH I HATE THIS


9.40am
Swedish gravlax! - raw salmon, coriander, honey, salt (quite a big portion) - about 10cmx10cm
Cooked peas
1 cooked carrot
cooked broccolini
Coconut oil
some green beans
salt

Probiotic


Bit of gardening :) 

ginger tea ~ 11-12pm

Breathing is a bit better now (11.30am)

feeling really good after the swedish gravlax (raw salmon) .. don't feel heavy or hideous in any way!


3.00pm

~ 6 fried mushrooms in coconut oil
small serving of poached/fried in coconut oil kingfish
1 leek, stirfried/poached
coconut oil
salt
lemon juice
2 shallots

breathing still being GAY
Been feeling a bit light headed/dizzy today - don't know whether because of not eating for quite a bit (I wasn't hungry at all) or what... gahh

BREATHING IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD. WTF - haven't had this in ages!!!!!!!! (fruit yesterday??!?)

After food:
Mineral drink

Bike ride to buy avocado's down town


8.10pm
1/2 Hass avocado with lemon juice, salt and olive oil
soup: carrot, lamb broth, cauli, brocc, onion, butternut


Breathing is still giving me the shits. 8.30pm


Another BM tonight at 9.40pm - very skinny sausage ..... hoping that its not meaning I have overspill.. (compacted faecal matter within colon with this rest of partially digested food spilling over out of colon) ... because it doesnt feel like I've fully evacuated.

BM this morning with much TP residue. Normal colour with beetroot slightly surrounding. Two small BM's - first looked constipated in segments whilst second looked smooth as it should.

Been feeling rather fatigued today. Weak, just with not the abundant energy I am used to.
Enjoy lying on the couch. Just don't have huge amount of strength.
