Juice: 1 small carrot, 1/2 beetroot, celery, cucumber (1/2), mint (handful), ginger, lettuce (1 small), 1/2 lemon

Soup: lamb, marrow, broth, gelatinous parts.
Veg: butternut squash, carrot, onion, shallot, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic (added last minute)
Mashed avocado (about 4tbs total) with salt, lemon juice and raw garlic
Raw lettuce, sliced and on top of soup - soft pieces
SUPPS: CD, Betaine HCl, PF, Zn, B6, Chaste
Meat broth

Some raw carrot and raw onion

Mineral drink with water
Vitamin C with water and lemon juice

BM this morning a little looser than has been, kinda 'clumpy' /stringy/shreddy looking. Darker in colour - not green, relatively normal sizing.
Energy better than last two days of feeling fatigued, weak and like not doing anything. Which is gooooooood.
