Woke: 6.30 and then 7.20am
Went to bed: 10.45ish... not cool
Hours: 8ish
At 6.30am I was a bit hungry so I got up and ate some lamb broth/stock jelly

BM action - normal colour, first part a bit harder to pass, clumpy constipated-ish (not too bad tho), but final part normal - great - no TP residue, no smell. Very good!~

Juice: beetroot, celery, cucumber, 1 apple, ginger
Baby spinach leaves whole within

1 mango -medium size
Toilet - bit of a 'spray' .. b/c i'm a bit gassy, came out... ( this sounds so so gross ha haaaa ). stringy/mucousy looking. just a bit of bubbling/gassiness. i'm thinking maybe it was the OJ yesterday or the avocado's effects

Soup: lamb neck, broth, carrot, onion, garlic, broccoli (and stems) - not peeled, turmeric
SUPP: 2 x hcl, 2 x cd, pf, zinc, b6, chaste

Roasted organic duck (very fatty and VERY delicious) - ate the fatty skin too (ATE HEAPS - almost half the duck ;) whoops)
Garlicky green beans (2 cloves garlic fried in coconut oil)
Steamed broccoli
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, PF, Zinc, Chaste, RAN OUT OF B6 (have to get tomorrow)
--> it is now 8.30pm and I'm still very full... and breathing is kinda shite - guessing its due to large quantity of duck/protein eaten)
