6.15am BM action: good size, colour, consistency, easy to pass, no TP residue. Slightly thinner at ends and a bit speckled. But totally good!

Soup: osso bucco meat, leek, onion, garlic, carrot, green beans

Left over beetroot, 1 x roast yellow squash, remaining soup (mostly leek and onion)

Sauteed spring onions, 1 zucchini large, garlic, pak choy, swiss brown mushrooms (3)
Leftover snapper fish
Osso bucco meat
(2 diff types MEATS / proteins!!) - hopefully will be Ok
