8.50am BM action - honestly BEST BM! Great size, colour, consistency, smell, easy to pass, no TP residue! AMAZING! I really think this comes down to the fact that I've discovered a perfect routine that works for my digestion - getting up, water, fresh pressed fruit and veg juice, then a piece of fruit, followed later by a bigger breakky including protein etc. :) WOOhoo! Thanks Mum for suggesting adding fruit back into the diet to get rid of constipation!
