Hours: 9ish
BM action when woke - good size, consistency. Not constipated. Lots of TP residue - ie, stickyish. Easy pass. Slightly slightly green. But mostly normal colour.

Juice: 1 apple, 1 pear, 2 cucumbers - peeled, ginger, mint, basil, spinach+oregano leaves in bottom

1 mango - medium size

4 slices roasted butternut - coconut oil and h salt

Soup: oxtail meat/fat, broth, garlic, onion, carrot, spring onions, silverbeet
Going for bike ride to town to buy fish etc (11.40am)

--> lying down, i think gas built up in stomach to make me feel
nauseus. had to burp to get rid of feeling. Its not 3pm and I am JUST starting
to feel hungry (have not been feeling hungry at all)

5 round slices ~1cm thick roasted butternut - coconut oil and h salt
SUPP: CD x1, Vit E and Se, Vit A, Mg
-->had horrible emotionally upsetting evening at dads.

1/2 small avocado (I know I wasn't supposed to have one for a couple of days but I needed something quick - as I finished all the cooked food) -- won't have another avo for a couple of days (Until sunday)
