BM action: good size, colour, no tp residue, bit of beetroot surrounding - not too evident, but clumpy and segmented - constipated appearance
8.20am
Juice: carrot, beetroot, mint, ginger, apple x 2 - topped with water to make a full glass.
--> evidently I need to purchase some other juicing goodies! -ie, cucumber, celery, greens :)
9.30am
Soup: turkey, onion, bit of cabbage, carrot, garlic, leek, cauli
SUPP: 2 x Hcl, CD x 1 (running out! EEP), zinc, b6, chaste

SUPP: 2 x hcl, cd, vit a, vit e and se, mg

1 small avocado with lemon juice, h salt, lemon juice and olive oil
some raw beetroot
4.00pm- 4.30pm
sauteed zucchini x 1 in coconut oil
2 swiss brown mushrooms sauteed in coconut oil
h salt
lemon juice

Brothy/salty liquid from cooking turkey

1 small-medium avocado with lemon juice, h salt and olive oil
cooked onion and broth (while after as it is SO HOT)
SUPP: zinc, b6, chaste, PF (didn't have HCl or CD this meal - not enough!)
Breathing is a little bad... maybe 1 too many avocado's
going to go to bed before 10pm
