6 mushrooms sauteed in coconut oil
sauteed baby spinach and garlic - coconut oil
broccoli - steamed/boiled from stock soup (quite well cooked) - whoopsy
Soup: stock, broccoli, leeks, garlic, green beans
SUPP: 1x HCl, 2 x CD, Zinc, B6, Chaste, Ovarianne, EPO
Probiotic (about half hour after)

slices of cold/room temp roast lamb (about 6-7 small slices)
Roasted butternut in cacao butter and turmeric, h salt (my pudding) (green top stainless steel container)

Spanish mackeral fillets (thumb size) in organic olive oil (in glass jar - sustainable and wild fish) ~3
Soupy wombok with garlic, stock, carrots, onion, leeks
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc. B6, chaste, ovarianne, EPO, PF (last of the PF's!)

Cold stock jelly with the MINERAL drink
