-----> began to get gassy around 4.00pm with some bubbling in the stomach, (duck), then began to feel quite nauseous for about an hour (5-6pm)... had feeling/still have feeling of needing to burp - gas building up in stomach and causing sick feeling - need to release to feel relief from a bit of nausea. I decided to take another Critical Digestion tablet and have found that it has improved my sense of feeling nauseous. I really do believe it was from the large quantity of duck and fat I ate at lunch time.  FML. its so tasty!!

Anyway, I suppose this means I will not eat it again for long. I need to eat food now for the next couple of days that is easy to digest (I'm thinking, poached white fish and steamed vegetables, broth and marrow/collagenous parts of meats).

--> Gassiness has somewhat subsided along with the sickness.

NO DINNER TONIGHT!

8.10pm
Green juice: cucumber and celery
