BM just before juice. Small (very), but normal colour, bit of a struggle to release anything. Small bits, stringy and small. I just hope I go later on today. I was thinking... I haven't had one of those HUGE releases that I've had in the past for AGES! I really would enjoy a bit dump HAHA but seriously. It's infuriating. I think I need to add more fibrous things. Because I don't have diarrhoea like all these GAPS people supposedly have~

Soup: lamb shank (quite a bit - yum), carrot, cabbage, green beans, sugarsnap peas, onion (little), 1 clove garlic, basil, zucchini
1/2 hass avocado
Today I did an enema for the first time. Good god. - feels better though having released some POOOO

Soup: lamb shank meat and soft tissues, carrots, zucchini, cauli
1 sauteed zucchini - coconut oil, salt and lemon juice

Some avocado

Probotic drunk down with broth
Face is feeling slightly irritated and itchy around the mouth area - acne
Breathing is still bad
Going for a walk round town to breathhhhhhhhhh - 6pm
I'm feeling pretty bad - breathing is shocking, feel weak and STILL FULL - no appetite and feel sick at the thought of having to eat something.
