BM action: good, first part more constipated looking and hard, and bit darker, second half smoother and lighter colour.

-Soupy thing: fish - whiting poached, purple carrots, garlic, purple onion, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini
(Not a huge amount - for some reason I feel full)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Pf, Zinc, B6, Chaste, Ovarianne
Probiotic ~ 12pm

Roast butternut - coconut oil (about 3 Tbs) + H salt
Soup: lamb,green beans, stock, carrot, onion, garlic
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Mg
-don't know if I should start eating pumpkin and meats separately because I often feel burpy after meals. I should monitor this to see how burpy I feel after meals with BOTH and without!
Stomach is a bit bubbly, but not too bad
Breathing is feeling a bit bad... and strange strain pain thing underneath my left rib at the front (liver?)
