FEBRUARY 9th, DAY 57 (8 weeks, 1 day) (17 days since GAPS Intro - 2 weeks, 3 days)
Today is my first proper shift at the acupuncture clinic. I have to be there at 8.45am, so I wanted to get up early so I'm not rushing :)
Its now 6.30am. Gotta cook food too so I can bring some and I don't get hungry!
Wake: 6.10am
2 glasses water

Juice: cabbage, cucumber, ginger, 1 plum, pineapple, mint, basil, oregano (seasoning whole leaves) 1/2 small beetroot, celery
Small BM about 8.15am
Lightish brown colour, small 2 BM's, smells pungent, looks like undigested fats or something within, not a uniform colour. I didn't go yesterday... shouldn't I be POOING more?? what is up with my bod bod :(

Soup: lamb, lamb stock, butternut, carrot, oregano, green beans, onion, garlic
SUPP: Betaine HCl, CD, PF, Zinc, B6, Chaste
WORK 8.45-1.00pm

Sauteed/braised veg in stock and coconut oil: green beans, butternut, carrot, beetroot + left over soup - onions, garlic etc, tiny bi of lamb meat
SUPP: Mg, CD, Betaine HCl, Vit A, Vit E and Se

Soup/stock: butternut, carrot, onion, beetroot, garlic, green beans
Lamb meat - appropriate size (smaller than palm)
1/2 large hass avocado with lemon juice, olive oil and h salt
SUPP: 2 x CD (one during one after), PF, Betaine HCl, Zinc, B6
Breathing is kinda shithouse (8.30pm and earlier).
Naturopath suggested breathing thing potentially because of fruit intoleramce. What.
I have never heard of fruit intolerance. Kill me now. I love fruit. Anyway .. don't know how that would be possible but anyway.
Tomorrow I wanna eat at least 1 meal without any meat.
I'm thinking roast carrots and beetroot with avocado. Yum
