Gonna go to bed tonight 9.30 -10.00pm :) - Have to go to Markets tomorrow morning to stock up on veggies etc~! Woo, Plus I'm gonna visit Flannery's
--> Something I've noticed since starting the GAPS intro diet is my bodies ability to stabilise blood sugar levels. I used to get REALLY hungry and dizzy and hungry every couple of hours but now its much more stabilised. In saying that though, if I do go without food for too long I feel fatigued and dizzy.
--> Also, beetroot doesn't make my wee turn purple anymore - I think this is a good thing.
--> I don't feel so flighty, shaky and nervous

Juice: 2 baby pears, white cabbage, ginger, beetroot, carrot, oregano leaves fresh whole within drink, basil and mint juiced

Some raw carrot and raw beetroot --> waiting for food to cook (quite a bit of beetroot - was so crunchy and not bitter - yum~)

Soup: stock, TURKEY (not super soft as it hasn't cooked for long enough - is still cooked through but slightly chewier - therefore took 2 HCl's), garlic, onion, GREEN PEAS (new), beetroot, cabbage, carrot, cauli
SUPP: CD, 2 x Hcl, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Mg
Breathing is rather annoying today! (first noticed about 12pm at work)

Lemon water - plus 2 slices lemon eaten with fibre - not just juice. The lemon doesn't taste sour to me - it tastes beautiful and fresh and calming and cooling. Thats a good sign - when they taste acidic it means your body is acidic.
Tummy feels kinda rumbly, gassy, bubbly- potentially the raw veg. Gah! I was just too hungry!
5.45pm - 6.15pm
Fresh ginger tea
--BIT of BM action about 9.20pm. Small but solid, normal colour etc.
--BM this morning when woke. First bit clumpy like constipation, second half more smooth and normal. Good colour.
I want to have a detox bath tonight.. I will add bulk Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom salts), Apple cider vinegar, and bicarb soda -- OK so it's 9.30pm and I need to go to bed! HAHA, so detox bath is postponed. x x x Night!
