a bit of a ominous rumble in the tummy - potentially because I hadn't had any enzymes yet and it had been a while! (just before eating below food)

soup: broth (osso bucco), green beans, onion, garlic, carrot, leek, broccoli

SUPP: 2 x Hcl, 2 x CD, PF, Zinc, B6, Chaste tree
--> have gotten hive on left leg near knee - Assuming avocado. I now have to cut avo's from diet for at least a week. There has been a recurring pattern here - other day when I ate avo with zucchini had a hive on leg

Stock/prawny stock (used prawn shells/bodies - kinda tasted suss hahaha so didn't drink all)

--> this never ceases to amaze me how BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS!!!!! something so simple can be. YUMMMM almost died eating it .haha :)

SUPP: Vit E and Se, 1 x Hcl (not sure here as its all just veg but i suppose helping along with stomach acid is ok??), 2 x cd, vit A
