Woke: 6.50ish
Went to bed: 10.30ish
Hours: 8.5 ish
--> Gonna try and start going to bed a little earlier again (aim for before 10pm)

BM action - getting back to more normality now. Lighter and not so lumpy - more so normal formed at the end.

Water

7.30am
Juice: cucumber, ginger, mint, basil, pineapple, beetroot
oregano leaves
vitamin c added

8.20am
Fruit: some blueberries+ a small blood plum


9.00am - 9.30am
Zucchini and duck pudding (last small ramekin)
3-4 mushrooms, sauteed in coconut oil
Sauteed leek/steamed leek


10.15am
Probiotic


10.45am
5-HTP (tryptophan and B6)


11.40am
Steamed beetroot (about 3/4 largeish one)
Roasted butternut pudding (butternut and coconut oil in stainless steel greentop container)- h salt
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 1 x CD




EHH feeling pretty lousy today - couldn't find the get up to go to the markets on the bus and then was about to ride down town to buy himalayan salt and things at around 11am but felt a bit hungry so had to eat the pumpkin and beetroot and then lay down.. wow fun


1.15pm
Riding bike down to towwwwwn now to get salt. 
--> ended up getting my usual Nirvana Organics Pink Himalayan salt however I also bought some Macrobiotic sea salt hand harvested from the Great Barrier Reef... Niiiice :) 


3.00pm
poached whiting fillet
onion (fried in coconut oil and then cooked in the fish water)
wombok (steamed then cooked with fish in water)
Bok choy (cooked in water)
lemon juice
sea salt

Went for a big beauuuuuutiful bike ride across the railway line side of town :) Mmm... 
I can notice in my skin that it looks SO much better from the bike ride - I aim to do some sort of walk/bike ride at ~5.30pm each day now ... may really help the skin.


7.00-7.30pm
soup: beef stock (little).. carrot, wombok/bokchoy and onion from lunch (in water /coconut oil from fish cooking), garlic, gelatinous meat (YUM), meat
turmeric and apple cider vinegar are in the mix
SUPP: HCl x 3 (trying out taking 3 as I ate quite a bit of meat), CD x 2, chaste, ovarianne, B6, EPO (didn't take Zinc tonight)
Another CD ~half an hr later... just to help out ;)

--> breathing seems to get annoying after eating. In general.. well it has a bit for the past couple of days.
