Woke: 6.10ish
Went to bed: 10.30ish
Hours: not 8! (7.5 ish) - GAH!

BM action - again, quite dark and lumpy.

Water

BM action; beetroot present (2 days ago!).., looking like 2 previous days - dark, pellety (round clumps), easy to pass, no TP residue.. etc.

6.30am
Juice: red cabbage, celery, ginger, mint, basil, cucumber, grapes
Oregano leaves
Vitamin C added
--> I seem to notice my face can sometimes feel tingly after these juices and I can feel a bit difficulty in breathing .. WTF


7.00am
1 pear
1 fig

8.25am
Soup: brisket gelatin etc + meat, carrot, onion, garlic, red cabbage, wombok

YOGA CLASS!!!! <3

More BM action (quite same consistency)

1.45-2.15pm
Soup: brisket, carrot, onion, garlic, broccoli, green peas (non organic), zucchini
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Mg, Ovarianne, Vit A, Vit E and Se


Mineral drink
Vitamin C
Lemon water
waterrrrrrr.

1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar

6.25pm
steamed green beans sauteed in coconut oil with Garlic
duck and zucchini pudding thing - shredded duck, shredded zucchini, shredded wombok and onion and garlic put into ramekins and baked - yum! (big ramekin and 1 small ramekin)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, B6, chaste, ovarianne

--> 1 extra CD (couple hours later)

--> I think when I eat just that little bit more than comfortable, it affects my breathing... Hmm.
