Woke: 6.00am
Went to Bed: 11ish
Hours: 7 ish hours (need more!) - will go to bed early tonight thank-you! :) (about 9.30-10pm I hope - after Graham Norton watching with Ma)

BM action: first bit more constipated in nature - harder to get out and harder appearance etc but not too bad, then second parts lighter in colour and well formed, smooth etc. (2 BM segments - normal size, colour, 'pointed at both ends', smooth!) WOOHOO

7.00am
Juice: cucumber, celery, ginger, beetroot, pineapple, white grapes, ginger, spinach, basil, mint
Oregano whole leaves
Vitamin C added (sodium ascorbate)

7.30am
1/2 golden peach
1 pear

WORK 8.30am-1.30pm
8.20am
Soup: goat meat, carrots, leek, spring onions, garlic, broth - the GOAT is GREAT yah!
Some roast buternut and coconut oil and h salt (not very much)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Zinc, B6, Chaste, ovarianne, EPO, PF
--> at work, so quite peckish again due to small amount eaten at this time.

9.20am-10.00am (at work)
MORE of above (goat meat etc)
Leek, carrot, spring onion, garlic sautee in coconut oil and h salt
SUPP: 1 x hcl, 1 x cd

Ginger tea throughout day at work ~ ~ ~ ~ <3

12.35pm (still at work...)
Roast butternut with coconut oil and h salt (in little stainless steel green top tin)
sauteed leeks, carrot, spring onions, garlic in coconut oil and h salt
SUPP: CD x 1


3.00pm - 4.00pm
3 mushrooms
Soup; goat meat, broth, celery, zucchini, leeks, onions, garlic, green beans, carrot + lemon juice
SUPP: 2 x hcl, 2 x cd, vit a, vit e and se, mg, ovarianne

6.10pm-6.20pm
1 beetroot, steamed, coconut oil, h salt, stock water+apple cider vinegar (few tsps)- not that concentrated
Rest of soup above (no meat)
Some stock (beef stock) with carrots, celery, onions etc + lots of gelatinous parts off beef
SUPP: 2 x CD, 1 x HCl
--> feeling UBER full ... eh :( - probs cause I ate heaps and only ate about 3 hours ago

9.00pm
Juice: cabbage, celery, cucumber, lemon,
Vitamin C added
Mineral drink added
Water
