Juice: celery, cucumber, mint, basil, lemon (tiny bit), 1 x carrot, 1/2 beetroot, ginger
Mango (small) raw
8.15amSmall amount of broth with meat and veg
SUPPS
10am
Meat (osso bucco), lamb, broth, carrot, butternut squash, zucchini, onion, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, (heaps of meat eaten as was really hungry) -- perhaps too much meat. Won't eat any more tonight but rather will just have broth.
Had burping/acidic feeling in oesophagus after this amount of meat.
Haven't been hungry at all, all day because I ate large amount this morning. (its now 5.30pm) - getting bit hungry now.
12.20pm
Water - Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate)
Mineral drink - colloidal minerals/fulvic+humic acids
Bulk water...

Soup: no meat, just broth and some marrow, broccoli, onion, garlic, mushrooms, steamed beetroot on side, carrot, butternut squash, zucchini
6pm
more soup and veg (above vegies)
7.20pm
more soup: cauliflower + green beans added
BM this morning dark and surrounded with beetroot colour. Constipated in appearance AGAIN... gah.
Have a bit of a bubble going on (11am). Bit of gas (11am)
