I think I have noticed that I don't burp after meals unless I eat quite a bit of protein .. I took 3 HCl's last meal time however.. hopefully will be ok
--> so its now 1.10pm and the burping really hasn't been noticeable hardly at all. ---> possible suggestion: meat (although quite a large portion) was not eaten with pumpkin!! - just easier to digest (less sugary) vegies like broccoli, beans, asparagus and onions/leeks/garlic! woo! (I don't mind this so much because it means I can eat pumpkin pie (my delicious concoction) by itself or with other vegies and things like mushrooms! Delish!

--> Decided to try eating 2 x HCl with this vegetable only dish - just to see the effects and whether I actually need this amount with ANY meal - if I get burping in excess (as burping after last meal of quite a lot of lamb/meats was pretty much non-existent - hurrah!), I will be able to potentially say that it was TOO much stomach acid - as excess and inadequate stomach acid often can cause the same symptoms - ie, gas after meals, etc.
--> now 6.30pm FEEL GOOD~ pretty much 0 burping after!

--> feeling kinda sick for some reason, so only eating a smallish portion. I don't feel all that hungry (its masked by sick feeling) - - but need to eat a bit to take supplements.
SUPP: EPO, Zinc, B6, Ovarianne, 2 x HCl, 2 x CD
