FEB 4th DAY 52

FEB 4th Saturday 2012


6.30am-7.30am
water
probiotic
juice: lettuce, 1/2 cucumber, handful mint, ginger, 1/4 large beet, 1 stick celery

boop boop de doop. today I read that its best to take the probiotic with food or after food - as stomach acid can kill the bacteria if taken on an empty stomach - therefore I will take them now after food at Bf time!

8.30am
soup: meat (lamb), carrot, butternut, zucchini (seeds and skin also), onion, broccoli, cauli
shredded raw lettuce on top
SUPPS: betaine hcl, cd, pf, zinc, b6, chaste

water

12.40pm
1/3 large hass avo with lemon juice, salt, garlic - mashed - in soup
few pieces raw carrot, raw onion
shredded lettuce
SOUP: lamb-meat, marrow, etc with veg- butternut, zucc (seeds and skin on), brocc, onion, garlic, carrot


water: 3.20pm
after drinking about 300mL water I got reflux sorta symptoms - bit of burping and there is an acidic kinda feeling.... Hmmmm.

3.50pm
mineral/fulvic acid/humic acid drink with water


5.10pm
~5 pieces of raw carrot
4 tsp's avocado
some lettuce
2 tsp coconut oil

Quite smelly flatulence for some reason.. tummy bit upset. Gooood god, what could it be this time?
Maybe its the raw carrots/onion etc? Surely not .gahhhhh.. I think I need to mix up my diet a bit.


7.00pm
marrow from inside bones
soup: lamb meat, broth, onion, garlic, broccoli, butternut, carrot, green beans
1 steamed small beetroot + more meat

gassy and bubbly - ????? whyyyyy. haven't been gassy like this for ages.. bad smelling etc. arghh

9.00pm 
ginger tea


MY HOMEMADE SAUERKRAUT HAS NOW BEEN FERMENTING FOR 5 DAYS! I AM GONNA CHECK IT TOMORROW TO SEE IF ITS TIME TO PUT IT IN A JAR AND KEEP IN FRIDGE - ITS BEEN QUITE HUMID SO I ASSUME ITS ALMOST READY BUT ITS THE FIRST TIME IVE MADE IT SO NOT SURE :) 

BM much better this morning. Good size, good colour, easy to pass, residue on TP but not constipated looking! WOO
