cubed steamed beetroot and butternut, + green beans and spinach.
slow cooked poached turkey drumstick meat.
my stomach /abdomen is feeling uncomfortable. bubbly, upset. SO infuriating. WHYYY!!???
Haven't done BM today - tried before small amount came out very clumpy (constipated)

banana icecream with cinnamon (decided that I need to add fruit) - my stomach is upset one way or another so eff it. (quite a bit of bananas) maybe 4 large
PROBIOTIC

mineral drink/fulvic and humic acid
BM about 5.10pm - medium size, brown normal colour but clumpy again - constipated appearance. Doesn't feel like full evacuation.
7.15-7.30pm
poached turkey with carrots and butternut, + stock, and basil and oregano
Tummy has been bubbly today. Upset more in the afternoon than any other time - afternoon into the night.
Went to Northshore today for 4WD-ing, big day. Got home at about 4 ish - quite tired.
