BM action - still good colour - slightly darker than usual, formed, hardly any TP residue, was a bit of mucous/fat looking snotty stuff (tiny bit), -- meaning the gut had a bit of a spaz with all that duck/fat.
recovered pretty well from that I feel though..

(have been feeling a bit gassy for the past couple of hours and a bit rumbly in the tum) - perhaps because of upset due to duck on previous days - hopefully hasn't effed up my progress. Praying not...
PS. Forgot to mention. . .
Gastroenterologist performed some more tests on me on the 13th of Feb, with results in the iron studies blood test not looking too good. I am low in Iron and transferrin saturation. Transferrin and Ferritin are OK... but still not the best.
These levels are DOWN HALF of what my levels were late last year. Going to naturopath tomorrow so we will find out what to do...
OK so my stomach is definitely bubbling/fermenting + I have gas. FUCKKKKKKKKK.
