FEB 8th, Day 56

FEBRUARY 8TH - WEDNESDAY 2012


Finally some photos of my face! I feel that I'm looking a bit healthier. My skin is not as bumpy in general (the photos probably can't show this all that well) - but the new Pai skincare rose and camelia cleanser with muslin cloth is going great, along with the Pai geranium and thistle moisturiser, which I use alongside organic jojoba oil and rosehip oil along with KORA eye gel. 
I still have my orange tinge due to b-carotene. I eat a lot of  butternut and carrot so its not exactly like I'm trying to cut back on those things. A girl needs to eat!
Hair is definitely definitely thicker than it was when I came home in October. It was getting SO thin and horrible. It still sheds like theres no tomorrow, but its all over thicker and I have not come across any white hairs for the past couple of months! HAHA, I did find ~6 last year (around Sept/Oct/Nov etc)!~



I am going to try to start going to bed latest 10pm. 9.30 would be perfect, but it might take me a little while to get into that routine. 
Then, I can wake at 6am, when its beautiful outside and it will go along with my circadian rhythms a whole lot better ;)

Soup: lamb shank, carrot, butternut, leek, garlic, basil & oregano - fresh from garden
Some avocado
SUPPS: Betaine HCl, CD, PF, EP oil (tastes spicy - rancid?? -may need to take back), NO CHASTE this morning, zinc, b6

My EP oil tastes rancid - I will have to return it along with the olive oil that I bought at the Natural Foodstore. Disappointing!!!!!!!

Went to Eumundi at 10am - Bus. Arrived home 11.45am

11.55am
Rest of soup: mostly carrots and pumpkin and leeks


12.40pm
Fish: Kingfish fillet poached in stock
Green beans poached in broth, mushrooms (4), 2 spring onions, lemon juice, H salt, coconut oil, broccoli (stalks peeled)
SUPPS: Betaine HCl, CD, Mg, Vit A, Vit E and Se


Have not had a BM yet - it's 12.10pm.
Breathing has been a bit better - mostly in early morning, but now (12pm) it's annoying me.

Probiotic with ginger tea (tiny bit of water seeped with fresh ginger) - Will drink rest of ginger tea later

2.10pm
Avocado (still a little hard .. but OK) - about 1/3 avocado
-Have more of an appetite today and eating NORMALLY because I didn't overeat at breakfast time. I ate until I was just satisfied and got hungry again about 2 1/2 hours later. Much betterrrrr!

Few Tbs of boiled butternut/ stock/salt

Going for a bike ride round the block for some last-of-the-day sun, fresh air and some sweat :) 5pm

5.30pm - making soup: eating a bit of butternut mashed with coconut oil, bit of turmeric, salt, cooked beef bone marrow
~Vitamin C drink~

HAVE GAS - smelly.... around 5-6pm

6.30pm - 7.50pm
Mashed butternut, salt, coconut oil, marrow, turmeric, garlic
Soup: beef/lamb broth, carrot, green beans, leek, onion, butternut, garlic
- Quite a bit of lamb (ie, almost a whole lamb shank - I really love the meat, I can't help eating so much!! - NEED to control myself for my digestion!!!)
SUPP: Betaine HCl x 2 (one before meal and one later on), PF, CD, Zinc, B6


No BM today - most likely due to enema performed yesterday.
Hopefully tomorrow will bless me with a nice BM.
