I wish food could be my friend like I hoped it would...

BM action - ok, dark brown with slight beetroot, (ate it yesterday), tummy pains this morning when in bed  + a bit of gurgles, bit of TP residue, but well formed and easy to pass. Not foul smelling

Juice: celery. cucumber. pineapple. mint. basil. ginger. spinach.

Soup: fish (whiting), carrot, onion, cabbage, garlic
coconut oil 3 tsp

roast jap pumpkin (about 6 slices)

Acupuncture 11am - 12pm

Soup: lamb stock, meat, carrot, broccoli, onion, garlic, green beans, baby squash
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Mg


Naturopath Appt: 2.30pm
Prescribed: IgG powder formula (1 scoop/day)
Pulsatilla homeopathic liquid vials (1 every 2 days) under tongue
Finish up the Paracea Forte and do not restock
Look for product called "Intestamine" in health food shops... I don't know about this one though because it contains slippery elm bark and aloe which aren't allowed on SCD/GAPS???
 --> She has said that before anything else, we really just need to fix up this leaky gut - So GUT is the absolute FOCUS!
